Phyllis Mary Cassidy, 73, of Batavia, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2008. Beloved wife of 53 years of Robert; loving mother of Bonnie (Charles) Hutchinson of Clarendon Hills, IL, Susan (Steve) Avino of Mt. Prospect, Terence (Sally) Cassidy of Naperville and Brian (Karen) Cassidy of Riverside, IL; devoted grandmother of Adrian, Stephen, John, Michael, Sara, Clare, Rachel and Jack; caring sister of Richard Barnes of Midland, MI. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2008, from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., at the Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 S. Batavia Ave. (Rt. 31) in Batavia. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home with prayers at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2008, before proceeding to Holy Cross Catholic Church, 2300 W. Main Street in Batavia, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Memorials to the Holy Cross Catholic Church.
