Allegheny Co CASSIDAY

Does anyone have info on a Thomas Cassiday who in 1860 (Allegheny Co, South Pittsburgh p716) was a toll keeper on the Mon Bridge? He was age 32, wife Elizabeth age 28, dau Jane 6, dau Mary 5, son William 2. Thomas was likely son of the William who also lived in South Pittsburgh.

I have not been able to locate him in any other censuses, but the William is in the 1850 & 1870 and Wm's widow Mary in the 1880.
