CASSELS HOWE Jean Elizabeth June 29th, 1955 - May 31st, 2009Do not stand at my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on the snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn's rain. When you awaken in the morning's hush, I am the swift uplifting rush, of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft star that shines at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, for I am not there, I did not die. Jean Elizabeth Cassels Howe passed away peacefully with family by her side, at home on the morning of May 31, 2009. Jean was the beloved wife and best friend of Michael Howe, loving stepmother to Laurie Potvin, Jennifer Beda and their husbands Anthony Potvin and Kevin Beda. Jean was adored by Alexandria Potvin, daughter of Laurie and Anthony Potvin. Cherished daughter of the late Ronald Andrew Cassels and Joan Roberta Clendenning of Manitoba. Dearly loved by her sister Linda (Cass) and brothers Ron and Jack. Jean also leaves behind her loving niece Kate and nephews Jamie, Geoff and Bob. Jean had a way of lighting up a room and she will be greatly missed by all. Service to be held at Innisfil Funeral Home on Sunday, June 7, 2009 at 3:00 PM. Visitation will start at 2:15 PM. www.innisfilfuneralhome.ca . I would ask that instead of flowers, we would provide a donation to the Innisfil Funeral Home 705-431-1717 (credit cards accepted) who will collect on Jeannie's behalf and then deliver these donations directly to Hospice House Simcoe.
