Hi, are you certain that Henry Cassels married a Margaret Mitchell in s.C.? I have a Henry Castles (name was sometimes spelled that way also) who married a Margaret Sterling in S.C. (This Margaret was born 1797 and died in 1870) She was the First wife of this Henry Castles. He married two other times and had children by both other wives--but I have no listing on children of his marriage to Margaret Sterling, so I was wondering if possibly your Margaret Mitchell and my Margaret Sterling could be the same?
