John Cassel and Sarah Biehn

My wife's ancestor, John Cassel (1794-1866) was born in Skippack, Montgomery Co. PA. In 1849 he and family moved to Waterloo, Ontario. According to most websites, he married Sarah Biehn (b. 1799) in 1820. However, the Biehn family (Sarah's parents and grandparents had already moved to Waterloo in 1800. My question: how did Sarah Biehn marry John Cassel in 1820 if she was no longer living in PA but Ontario? A few websites show a woman named Hunsicker as marrying John Cassel. Who is correct? Is there documented proof that John married Sarah Biehn?
