I've just discovered that the parents of Magdalena Cassel (married name Brubaker, b. 1862, d. 1922) are Jacob S. Cassel (b. 1836, d. 1911) and his wife Elizabeth (b. 1832, d. 1912)

Both are buried in York County PA.

If anyone has information about this Jacob Cassel, especially re: his being the son of either Michael Cassel (b. 1794/5) or Henry Cassel (b. 1809), both of York Co., please get in touch with me.
