Looking for Cassedays of Phila PA

I am researching my husbands family & am finding them elusive. His Grandfather Harry Lucus lived in Philadelphia, Pa & apparently worked for the City & was caretaker of a small park along the Delaware River. It is believed to be Penn Treaty Park. Also looking or information on Charles Sherman Casseday who had a daughter (never married) named Catherine and Charles Barber Casseday.
Anyone with even the tinest bit of information please respond. It is believed there are also connections in New Jersey.
