Thank you for posting this information concerning the 2nd Great Grandfather of my Wife, Nellie Marie Cassady who is a descendant through George Washington Casady, the listed son on this census (Age 17) of William Garwood Casady who treked down from New Jersey with his Brother Abraham Ledden Casady through Ohio where George Washington was born and eventually settled in Putnam County Missouri where the Casady's offsprings started adding another s to their surname.I would welcome this opportunity to invite any Cassady/Casady descendant to share notes.
