Charles did have a brother George, as well as other brothers and sisters. I think one of his brothers was Bernard and sisters Nina & Margaret. I want to say there were 7 or 8 children. Charles was born in 1890. His gravestone gives no info and he was killed by a train at 33. I think maybe the key here might be his father, George, who was an Engineer on the Railroad in Michigan and Canada. The railroads keep pretty good records. I do know many of his family migrated to Saskatchewan to farm. He retired to Flint, Michigan and died there. Charles had a nephew by the name of George who was a police officer in Sacramento CA. who would have been born between 1915-1930
I am not certain of my great, great grandfathers name.
I do believe this is all the same family as I recall my Dad saying he was related to all the Cassadys in Michigan and Canada in some way. Some of his cousins also lived in Indiana
