According to Bob Saunders, another Casner resercher/descendant, Juliette Casner is the widow of John Columbus Casner who died 1-28-1869 and is buried in the Graceland Cemetery noth of Pella, IA.

Juliette (or Julia as she is commonly known) then married Henry C. Lyon. They are found on the 1880 Des Moines, Polk Co., IA Census with a year old son, Earnest Lyon, and George Casner, age 13, in the home, stepson to Henry.
