Hello Joe,
I have information on James L. Cash m. Nancy Pennell August 12, 1835 but it could be 1855 because James had a first wife, Elizabeth.
These are the children of James Cash, some are from his first wife but my CD from Familytreemaker does not specify which ones.
Catherine Cash b. 1838 d. est. 1839-1932
Elizabeth Cash b. 1840 d. est. 1841-1934
Newton Hamilton Cash (have more info)
Rufus Cash b. 1843 d. est 1844-1933
Henry S. Cash (have more info)
James M. Cash b. 1845 d. est 1846-1935
William M. Cash b. 1848 d. est.1849-1938
Chesley J. Cash b. 1856 d. est 1857-1946
Catherine Cash is my great great grandmother and ironically her husband's name was Chesley Jackson Cash b.1825.

you can check out my web page at www.familytreemaker.com/users/s/a/m/Francis-M-Samra/ for more information. However I do have some more that I have not added yet. I have found a book called the History of Harris County, Ga and it has these Cash's listed in it along with my other family surnames. I am making a trip to the library in a few days to copy this info and will gladly send you some.

As for James' parents and siblings I don't know, they came from virginia when the Cherokee lands came open for settlers.

Hope this helps you and let me know if you need any more.

Deborah
