Spartanburg District
Know all Men by these Presents, That we Henderson Cash, Silas Cash and Moses Cash are holden and firmly bound unto Jno. Cash-Bomar Esquire, Ordinary for the District of Spartanburg, in the full and just sum of Four Hundred dollars the said Jno Cash Bomar or his successors, Ordinaries of this District, or their certain attorney or assigns. To which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, and every of us, our and every of our Heirs, Executors and Administrators, for the whole, and in the whole, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
Sealed with our seals, and dated the 24th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixty Two.
NOW THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the above bound Henderson Cash, Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Lawson Cash, deceased, do make a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattles [sic] and credits of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Henderson Cash, or into hte hands or possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made do exhibit into the said Court of Ordinary, when he shall be thereunto required, and such goods, chattles [sic] and credits, do well and truly administer according to law, and do make a just and true account of his actings and doings therein when required by the said Court, and all the rest of the said goods, chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the account of the said Administration, the same being first allowed by the said Court; shall deliver and pay unto such persons, respectively, as are entitled to the same by law; and if it shall hereafter appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased, and the same be proved in Court, and the Executors obtain a certificate of the probate thereof, and the said Hendreson Cash do in such case, if required, render and deliver up the said Letters of Administration, then this obligation to be void, or else to remain in full force.

(FYI - Although it's in there somewhere, the above-document is dated 24 Oct 1862; the first document I posted (in a separate message) is dated 9 Oct 1862. Obviously the wheels of justice were not so slow back then :)
The other estate that was administered by a man named Henderson Cash (I'm not sure that he's the same guy as the Henderson mentioned above) was for his father, Benjamin Cash. I haven't had time to read through the papers and transcribe them yet, but I will eventually.
This should prove, at least, that at least one of the Spartanburg Co. Henderson Cash men had brothers named Silas, Moses, and Lawson. At least that's how it looks to me right now; any thoughts?
