Here is a link to a website that has many Texas Death Certificates:

Click on the map for Canada, USA and Mexico. Scroll down to Texas Deaths 1890-1976.
By filling in the name John Cash, then under Events choosing birth, and filling in location as South Carolina, I found 4 entries for John Adam Cash. He is shown as the father on 4 death certificates including Roy Perry Cash. Roy’s mother was Mary Amanda McCallum, born in AR.
Click on the image to the left of the name John Adam Cash to get the death certificate image for 4 of his children. In addition to Roy Perry there is Lonnie Loyd Cash, Eugene David Cash, and Myrtle Cash Galloway.
Although the heading is 1890-1976, I have found that, as with many states, it seems that the earlier records might be missing. I did not find a death certificate record for John Cash or his wife.
