Moses Cash and Fannie Coley, Granville Co., NC

Looking for descendants of Moses Cash(CSA) and Fannie Coley married in 1846 in Granville Co., NC. They had 2 children:
Charles H. Cash
Emily Cash

Moses married his sister-in-law Susan Coley in 1866 after his wife Fannie died. I don't think they had any additional children.

Charles H. Cash born abt 1858 married Pattie Jackson 25 Dec 1883 n Granville Co., NC. They had a son named Usher Cash.

I am also wondering if Moses Cash and an Isaiah Cash were brothers. Both served in the Civil WAr.
