Looking for descendent of James Augustus Cash

I'm looking for information about James Augustus Cash. He was born in Hardin Co. Kentucky to William Claibourne Cash and Nancy Finney Cash Cash in 1841(they were first cousins whose grandfather was Waren Cash).

I know that William Claibourne and Nancy Finney moved their family to Williamson Co. Illinois sometime around 1849 as they show up on 1850 IL Federal Census.

I am having trouble locating the documentation of their children: Margaret, Nell Oscar W., Sarah, Phiney Delphinia(I would think Finney), and Milton Fuller. Or, much of a trace of James Augustus after 1870 Census.

Oscar W. is the line I'm interested in.
