Cash/Cath confusion

I am researching the surname CATH worldwide and frequently find that when I check back to original sources, the CATH I thought I had found is in fact CASH. This happens often with the IGI, for instance. Has anyone found any CATHs when they keyed in CASH? I would be most interested to hear from you. Who would like my stray CASHs in USA and UK?
