William M. Cash b.1835/SC or TN?

I am the 3rd great grandson of William M. Cash and Nancy (GUTHRIE) CASH DYCHE CARTER. William M. was the son of William and Margaret I believe. William and Nancy had three children: Mary m. Gossett, James Henry m. Margaret Jones, and Alfred m. ?. William M. was in the Civil War in the Bedford Forrest Calvary. He died between 1860 and 1870. I would love to have any information you can give me on this family, I am at a dead end.
