Yes, he had a son named Joseph Cash Sr. b. abt. 1682 and was married to Susannah Mason, daughter of George and Ann Mason. I am descended from his son Joseph Jr. born 1737 VA. William was listed in a British Tax list in 1677 in Westmoreland Co. VA, was sworn in as a grand juror in the 1690's and left a will in 1708 where he left his plantation to his sons and wife. He was thought to be the nephew of the mariner William Cash of Salem Mass.(born abt 1625 SCT, died 1690 Salem, Mass.), but because of a lack of records I don't think that this can be proven.
