The Cash family progenitor was William Cash and his wife Elizabeth Skinner? Surname is unproven. William died 1708, Westmoreland County, Va. This compilation names all his children, but specifically follows the line of his son, Robert Howard Cash, Sr.{d.1772} and his wife, Ruth [maiden name unproven] of Amherst Co. Va. The Wrights and Cashes intermarried many times.
