My family came from Northern Ireland, not sure of county, but likely Fermanagh. Family word is that the name was O'Casey with the "O" dropped when they arrived in this country.(It could easily have been Mac Casey) It is said that three brothers one of whom was my ggggrandfather, Michael Casey came to N. Y. in 1790-1800. Later moved to N.C. I have not been able to locate him.
