James Case and Louisa Bowman

After 25 years of searching for our great-grandparents marriage records, my sister and I finally found it last week while in Kentucky. James Case and Louisa Bowman were married in Washington County, Ky on Sept. 6, 1846. James Case and William Bowman (brother? father?) put up the marriage bond of fifty pounds the previous day, Sept. 5, 1846. We have been able to trace James back at least two generations, but still no luck tracing Louisa as to which of the many Bowman families in Kentucky she belongs to. Any help from anyone?
