Howard, My name is Carolyn Perry. My Mother was a case. Her Father was William Pearl Case. His Father was Thomas Jefferson Case. His Father was Thomas J. Case III. His Father was Thomas Williamson "Tootie" Case II. This is what I have on Thomas "Tootie" Case which is from Lee's Ancestors and Descendants.
Thomas Case II, Nickname: Toody (Tooty/Tootie); born: 1769 in S.C.; died: Lincoln County, MS; buried: Old Macedonia Cemetery in Lincoln Co., MS.
Rebecca Tanneyhill (first wife); born: abt 1743 in Greenville, Pendleton, S.C.; married: est 1790 in S.C.. She was supposedly a commonlaw wife and Indian. She and Thomas donated Macedonia Church and 12 acres to community.
