I have all the internet "information" on this William. What I am interested in is does anyone have primary source information?
From his will in 1803 we know at least two sons, William & Nathaniel, lived on his land. One son, James, was given 5 acres more. We know William Sr. had at least 50 acres of land in 1792. Was the land he bought from David & Mary Meriwether in 1790 this land? Does anyone have any of these deeds? Was there any estate papers, inventory, sales, land partition?
