George Barnwell Cary/Carey
md 16 jul 1794 in Westmoreland Co, VA
Winnifred Garner (father James on marr record)
George is listed on the
1830 & 1840 (as George B. Carey) VA, Westmoreland Co, census.
I believe they might be the parents of my Newton Cary/Carey (bn abt 1801) who is listed next door to George on the 1830 census.
Newton Cary/Carey was married to Ann Gallagher 18 Jun 1825 in Westmoreland, VA. And by the 1840 census is in MO, Gasconade Co.....1850 in MO, Osage Co, Crawford twp.......
Oct 1855 Newton Cary is listed on the KS, Douglas Co, Willow Springs twp census (Voters Registration only).
I have a list of the 'possible' children of George that married in Westmoreland Co, VA.
