Hi, I'm a Carver also, trying to trace Grandfathers family. They seem to be hard to find. I have found Carvers', mine start with William Sr. from Person County NC, His wife was Nancy (?) Carver. They were in Person County early 1770, from Virginia. This family had 12 children, some went to Alabama. The places you mention are places I am looking also. Please contact me if you want to.
