I have a lot of information about Elizabeth's parents, siblings and Elijah Covington etc. Please e-mail me so that we may communicate more directly. I like to mail copies rather than depend on GedCom transfers, as a lot is lost that way. Therefore I shall later on need your snail mail address if you don't mind.
Elizabeth was one of the middle children in her family of 10-11 children. She was born 15 Apr 1797 in North Carolina-Onslow or Jones County. Her parents were Quakers and when she married (4 Dec 1817, Harrison Co Ohio by Daniel David JP) she was dismissed from the Quaker meeting for marrying out of the discipline. However, she was still in favor with her family. Her husband's farm was very near her parents, and her father often had land dealings with Elijah even after the marriage. Elizabeth died in 1836 in Freeport, Harrison Co, Ohio.
