My name is Michelle Carver, I am the Daughter of William Allen Carver, and the granddaughter of William Franklin Carver of Bon Secour, AL.
I am just getting interested in geneology and want to research my family tree, but I have no clue how to start.
Finding this forum was like stumbling over a pot of Gold.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to get started? I plan to talk to my dad when I get home for Thanksgiving and see what he can tell me about our family history, but after that point, I have no clue how to go about resarching it.
