Suggest you find a copy of the WILLIAM CARVER FAMILY written by ELias Carver. (I think) It has been so long (40 yrs) since I used that source. Found it in the TN State Library and Archives. This traces that family of Byberry PA. I visited the Byberry Meeting House many years ago and the adjacent cemetery where many Carvers are buried. I had thought that my ancestor was WILLIAM's brother, JOHN CARVER, who with his wife, MARY LANE, came to PA in 1682. The Carvers donated land, etc, to the Byberry Meeting. Also Quaker records should help you, as the family was of that faith.

Bob - descendant of another WILLIAM CARVER.
