Let me add an addition to what Grady mentioned. Ishmael born around 1806, married a Clarissa Petch/Betch. She was said to be Dutch. I have checked the census around the early 1800's and found no Petch/Betch family living in the area. If anyone knows anything about Clarissa's family contact us and we will share our facts.
