I was trying to find out if there were two Salmon Carver's, and here you have them. I have a family bible record for Mary Ann Carver b. NY 1828, dau of Zalna? Carver,(name obscured), who m. Benj. Parker,(b. Eng) of Royal Oak, Mi in 1846; married in Pontiac Mi. Witnesses were: Achsah Carver and Isaac Smith.
Mary Ann Carver's mother was a Smith.
Have seen Salmon-Selmon Carver on census records for Calhoun Co, MI
I have found records for daughter(no name) of Ebenezer Smith who married Zolman Carver, of Auburn, Oakland Co, about 1823-1824, at the Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society in Pontiac. ocphs@wwnet.net
Can you tell me about your two Salmon Carvers?
Kathy
