Sebastiao Jose de Carvalho,Mar of Pombal

I would like to know the names of the descendants of Sebastiao Jose de Carvalho, Marquis of Pombal born 1699. Family hearsay says we are desceded from him but I can only get as far back as my great grandfather Guillerme de Carvalho, born mid 1800s, a colonel in the Potuguese army. There are no records in existence in the military archives. Is there anyone out there who can help please?
