Need to reconcile Margaret Caruthers' parentage -- Gaines A and Martha Caruthers of Panola Co. Miss with 1860 Census which shows in Gaines A. Caruthers' household a Sarah M Caruthers of approximately the same age,5, that Margaret Caruthers would have been: b. 9 Jan 1854. It seems logical that Sara M and Margaret are the same person, but a confirmation would be appreciated.
