There is a second Henrietta Caruthers who was born in 1881 and was the daughter of Andrew Young Caruthers and Nancy Jane Monroe. Is it possible that this is the Henrietta that married Charles Sharpe in 1902. This is one of the questions I have not been able to answer with this family. I have an extensive file on the Caruthers in Sumter county. The count is now 1177 descendants of Samuel. Will be happy to trade info
