This was sent to me by Vynette Sage(listed above).
It is all I have.
William Brinson Caruthers, Sr. was born 12/2/1808 in Burke County, Georgia. He died August 2, 1882 in Oak Grove, Sumter Co., Fl. He married (1) Millicent Hull/ He married (2) Delilah Hall, October 30, 1844 in Alachua County, Florida.

Henrietta is the child of William and Delilah Hall.

She married Laughlin/Lawton McNeill on Dec. 14, 1879 in Sumter County, Fl. She married (2) Charles Sharpe December 23, 1902 in Sumter County.

I am researching the McNeils. Laughlin apparently died in 1904, while she remarried in 1902. She must have claimed his Civil War pension in 1908. It doesn't make sense that he died after she remarried. Unless there are more Laughlins and Henriettas around.
