The parents of Anna Baldini were Vincenzo Giuseppe Baldini (who was a foundling) and Carmela d'Onofrio.
That's what is written in the book "Enrico Caruso - my father and my family" from Enrico Caruso jr. (chapter 1)
Marcellino Caruso and Anna Baldini were from Piedimonte d'Alife, now called Piedimonte Matese, Italy.
You could try to write to the church of Piedimonte Matese or mybe the mormons have the microfilms.
The parents of Maria Onorata Palumbo are not mentioned in the book, but her date of the marriage. You can find the parents in the churchbook of marriages.
