I am seeking information on James CARTMILL who was residing in Freemont County, Iowa in 1834. He was listed as the informant on the death certificate of Debbie (DEFREESE) MOSHER. Was James Cartmill a son of Debbie whom I believe was married before she married Allen E. Mosher. I would appreciate "any" information. Thank you. Yvonne
