The 1792 Ms. Territory Census list these Carters:
Juan Carter - Dist. of Santa Catalina
Carlos Carter - Dist. of Santa Catalina
Jesse Carter- Dist. of second and Sandy Creek
Nehemiah Carter - Dist. of second and Sandy Creek
Robert Carter - Dist of Santa Clara

My interest is in the Robert Carter on the list.
Is he related in any way to the Carter that were from New Jersey? Was he part of the White Colony? I can find very little on him. He dies in 1828 in Hancock Co., MS.

Thanks,
