Hi Beverly:

I have the following citation for Samuel and Sarah (Cox) Carter:
In the text Vital Records from the Eastport Sentinal of Eastport, Maine, 1818-1900, Picton Press, Page 58, it states " Vol 6 #39, 15 May 1824, Marriages: In Plantation No. 10, no date, by J. Hobart, Samuel Carter, of Dennysville to Sarah Cox, of plantation No. 10."

Please tell me what child's death record you are referencing and its location (re. Sally Leighton).

I have Sarah's death in 1901, b. 29 May 1803, dau. of Nathaniel. A 1922 death date would make her death age 119 years.

I have no information on Rachel Carter and her middle name of Bridges.

Please let me know if I can help.

George
