Here's some chronological information, followed by a question at the end:
1.Ann Price and her husband, John, arrived in Virginia 1623.
2.Daniel Llewellyn arrived in the colonies 1642 although some sources state he arrived earlier.
3.1642 - “Daniell Lewellyn, Gent. 856 acs. The Northermost part beg. Above Mrs. Heyman, N. on the upper branches of Turkey Island Cr. And S. on the head of Mr. Aston’s land. The southernmost part extending to Mr. Aston and W. upon Joseph Royall between Dockermans Cr. And Sherley Hundred.Trans. Of 17 pers:Michael Peacock, Charles Edgar, Tho. Morgan, James Foster, Robert Hopps, Tego Frayle, Hen. Hitchcox, Robert Ward, Tho. Richardson, John Devall, Robert Hallome, Frances Hallome, Eliza Jackson.Page 845.Oct. 27, 1642
(Note that Robert Hallom was transported by Daniel Llewellyn.)
4.John Price died and his widow Ann married Robert Hallom. We don't have dates.
5.Robert Hallom died and his widow married Daniel Llewellyn.
6.We have no date for the marriage of Daniel Llewellyn and Ann Price Hallom.
7.1663 - Daniel Llewellyn died naming his wife Ann, son Daniel, and daughters Martha Jones and Margaret Cruse.
From the Will of 1663, Margaret was married.I can only say I believe it was to James Crewes but there's nothing backing that up YET - I'm working on it though.
In reading your post below:"2. James Crews may have married Margaret Llewellyn after August 10, 1654, when Margaret witnessed a deed signing her maiden name, and before February 6, 1664, when Margaret's father wrote his will, leaving his daughter, "Margaret Cruse," and "her husband" money to buy memorial rings. If so, Margaret must have died before James wrote his will on July 23, 1676."
It leaves me with a question.Would Margaret have been old enough in 1654 to have signed a document using her maiden name?
