I am trying to locate the descendents of my great-grandfather. I am specifically looking for: Birdie Carter, Jessie Carter, James Carter, Charles Winfield Carter, and children of John Quincy Carter. Birthdates are in the 1880's. I don't know the names of any of the spouses of the girls except for Jessie who is supposed to have married an unknown Simpson. She and Charles supposedly went to Texas. Birth places for all are Arkansas.
