Looking for information on John Carter of Loudon co and Kentucky and wife Hebe Grayson daughter of William Grayson and Eleanor Smallwood.

These are the personal and business letters of Valentine Peers, an officer in the Revolutionary War who moved to what is now Nicholas County, Kentucky, in 1803. The family settled in the Lower Blue Licks area where Peers operated a saltworks. He opened cotton mills in Maysville and Paris, and eventually moved to Paris, Kentucky. The papers consist primarily of family letters, including many between Peers and his wife. Business letters concern the saltworks and family finances. Other materials include genealogical notes on the Orr, Grayson, Powell, and Peers families.
CARTER, Hebe - Names six children; land in Greenup County, any land I may have inherited in Maryland or Virginia from my uncle, General SMALLWOOD; land owned in these states and elsewhere; young friend, Susan PEERS; cousin, Mrs. Eleanoer PEERS; Mr. LYLE to educate my children; Benjamin PEERS, 4th son of my friends; Mr. James BARNS, (religious instructor); brother, Robert. Written October 12, 1813. Proved November 1813. Executors: Rev. John LYLE, Robert TRIMBLE, Valentine PEERS. Witnesses - Thomas HOLT, Andrew Todd
. (Folded sheet) Last Will and Testament of Hebe Carter. Leaves all property to her 6 children. To raise money for debts may sell property that is not related to Little Sandy Salt Works. Slave Betsey to receive her freedom. Her 2 children are to remain with her till old enough to labour [sic] and are then to go to religious families. States that they will receive their freedom at the usual time given to literate young servants. Susan Peers receives "girl" Rachael until of age to"literate" at which time she gains her freedom. She is to be educated at Hebe Carters expense. Cousin Eleanor Peers receives a carriage to be repaired if worth the expense, all the household furniture, except stated items for daughter. Children to be educated and Benjamin Peers to receive education at Hebe Carters expense. A piano to be bought out of resources for Susan Peers. Executor to determine extent of education of children. Wants Mr. James Barns or some other religious young man to live with children and assist them in their studies. Rev. Lyle Robert Trimble and Valentine Peers made executors of will. 23. (Folded sheet) Kentucky Clerks Office of the court of appeals. Amendment by Carter Heirs of complaint. Alfred Carter, Robert Carter, John Carter, William G. Carter, Landen Carter, Hebe L. Carter. States Peers owes them money relating to estate. Signed Grayson for [Compth?] Dated December 25th 1823
24. (Single sheet with watermark U&W) Inventory and appraisement for sundry articles property of Carter will articles directed by will to be preserved for daughter Hebe Carter.
25. (Single Sheet) Estate of W. Carter to V. Peers. Lists date, costs and what cost is for. Note on back asking for witness to state that Valentine Peers went to trials, was a good executor and that it was a tiring, hard job.

What I need to know is this John Carter connected to Theodrick Carter son of Giles Carter. and his connection to Mosby,Dawson,and Eastland and John M Morton or henry Timberlake
