I don't know if I'm in the right place, but here goes. A co-worker of mine is looking for info on his mother--"Veronica Celia Carstensen-Wiggin". She was born sometime between 1922 & 1926. As a child he was in foster care and various links and ties were severed. And apparently all records were destroyed, or so he was told. He would like to reconstuct his heritage. So any help with links to contacts/resources would be appreciated.
