Okay, here's my sad tale: my father was Edward Joseph Carroll, b. February 16, 1916 in Paterson, NJ. His parents were Hugh and Sarah (Sadie) Carroll of Paterson. My father was married a few times, at least once before my mom, and has other children (at least 3 boys, 2 still living as far as I know). I know one of my half brother's is John, the other I just don't know other than he was in the Navy, I think career Navy but again, not sure. Anyway, my dad and mom divorced when I was a baby and my mom would not let my dad see me. Or maybe he didn't want to, I don't know. My dad called me once in 1995, and told me by brother John was living in Connecticut, had 2? daughters, and I think he said my other brother was in Maryland. Our conversation didn't go as I meant it to, and we never spoke again, to my deep regret. I would like to contact my half brothers and try to get to know them, but I have no information. If any of this sounds familiar to anyone, please contact me. I keep trying to find information on my Carroll family in the hopes it may lead to relatives, but to no avail so far. My brothers are consderably older than I am, teenagers when I was born in 1963, but I have no idea of their ages. Thanks for reading, and thanks for any assistance you can give.
