Thanks for your response. Unfortuntely, your Carrolls (and their spouses) don't seem to fit with mine. The only data that I have been able to add concerns daughter Ella (b.1856). She married Daniel F. Hallahan (also b. 1856) and they had three children: John, b.1880; Elizabeth, b.1881; and Katherine, b. 1883. At first I was interested in this John Hallahan, thinking he made have been connected to Hallahan High School in Philly but found later that the "John" that the school was named for was much later having been born in 1849.
