I just noticed that I had put the wrong year when I find Huggs and John J Hammett in Murray Co,GA. Instead of 1850, it is 1860 census,Springplace,Murray Co,GA. There is John J Hammett,Martha E HUGG Hamett,William DM Hammett 3 years old, Martha 8 months old.In same census William J Hugg,Martha CARROLL Hugg(Martha E HUGG Hammett's parents), + children.There are other Huggs there also. John J Hammett and Martha E HUGG Hammett are my GG Grandparents.Their son William DM Hammett is my G Grandfather.
Martha CARROLL Hugg is the daughter of Joseph Carroll of York District,SC.
