Oh, sorry. I thought you knew who was whom, since you have been answering my questions. The deed abstract appears to be referring to the Att. Gen., Dr. Charles Carrol, and his brother Daniel Carroll. It makes me wonder if the Attorney General had two living sons named Charles.
