I don't know of any siblings for Luke Carroll Jr.

The William Carroll that lived in Roane County,Tennessee, enlisted for revolutionary war service as a paid substitute for his brother Jesse. In his war record, it shows that he married a Keziah and had the following children; Jesse b. 19 Nov 1772, John b. 3 Aug 1779, Betsy b. 13 Dec 1780, Elijah b. 7 April 1782, Henry b. 26 Feb 1783 and Nancy 21 Sep 1785.

His record also states that he was born in Halifax Co, Va; he enlisted in Granville Co, NC. The only other thing I know is that both his daughters married men named Dover.

Sorry I can't help more.
