I am looking for information on John Carroll who was born in England around 1837 and died on March 1, 1907. His wife was Mary Rodgers from Pottsville, PA (born in 1847).

John immigrated to the US in 1863 from England. John lived in Stonesboro, Mercer County PA in 1870. In 1880, John lived in Washington County, PA. In 1900, he lived in South Fayette Township in Allegheny County, PA.

John and Mary had eight children (John,Phebe, Thomas, Martin, Mary, Samuel, Briggy and Mahala).

I would like any information that could help identify his origin in England, parents, brothers or sisters.
