Carolyn, I am also researching a Thomas Carroll/Carrell family that appear on the 1880 census for Delta Co., TX.
and the 1900 & 1910 Census for Van Zandt Co., TX. Since
there are 3 different Thomas Carroll/Carrell families in
1880 Census for Delta Co., TX., which one is your family?
Mine is Thomas J. Carroll b March 1843 MS and wife,
Missouri. I am trying to learn who this Thomas J. Carroll's
parents were, so I would like to compare families with you.
I also have other family lines that lived in Hardin Co., TX
that I believe could be related to the Carrolls. Please
email me and let's discuss. Thanks, Gwen
