Kevin, William Robert Carroll was my grand father on my mothers side, Your grandmother,Roma was my mothers(Juanita) sister. anyway, william was born in natchadoches, Tx. in Feb. 1, 1884. and died in FortWorth, Tx. in January 1926. of double phnumonia, He is buried in Fort Worth,Tx. At Mt. Olivet Cemetary. He and Grandma (Ella ) were married either the 1st or 2nd of July. Grandmothers birthdate was July 3, 1889, She died January 26,1989 in Denver and is buried at Fremont Cemetary. Your Grandparents(Roma and Manuel) left Texas in the summer of 1932, They were all(Grandma Ella, Mom, Bud,Carl,Lorimae, Wanda Faye ) traveling togeather, on a journey that was suppose to take them to Oregon to homestead property, However, they broke down in Kansas and had to leave all of their belongings behind with a "kind farmer" needless to say the whole family became stranded in Denver, And thats where they all stayed, until much later in life.
